Our story
A family agency, built by word of mouth
We started Lincoln Homes in 2014 with one office and a simple idea: treat people the way you'd want your own family treated. Twelve years later we're still independent and still family-run, working from South Woodford and Manor Park. Most of our business comes from people who were recommended to us — a neighbour, a colleague, someone we sold for years ago. We've helped first-time buyers onto the ladder in E12, found tenants for landlords in E18, and managed the same properties for over a decade.
